Alhamdulillah, Peace & Blessings be upon the messenger of Allah. By the Grace of Allah we would like to introduce to you our Islamic Centre which is situated in the heart of the Muslim community in Hyde, Cheshire.

History

Masjid At-Tawheed – HIRC (Hyde Islamic Resource Centre) was established in 1999. Our mission is to promote the Oneness of Allah within our community, based on the Qur’an and the authentic teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).

Dawah

We also dedicated in Promoting authentic Islamic material to the Muslim and non Muslim community.

Events & Talks

We hold Islamic events & activities for all classes of people in the masjid. We strive to follow the Quran & Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf us Saliheen (pious predecessors). We also organise trips to outside events, seminars and conferences.

Classes

We have a range of regular weekly classes/reminders, Tajweed class for sisters together with our regular Qur’an and Islamic classes for the children and youth throughout the week. The weekly Jumu’a Khutbah is delivered in the English language.

Our Mission

We endeavour to invite all to the religion of Allah (Al Islam) from the authentic sources upon the understanding of the best generation leading from the companions رضي الله عنه of the prophet ﷺ right through the Salaf us Salih with the aid of the righteous scholars of Islam from all ages.

Peace & Tolerance

We are also an organisation which promotes a balance avoiding both extremes and are ardent preachers against terrorism in all its forms. In our masjid library there consists many different kinds of books on the subject of Islam ranging from Tafseer (exegesis), Hadith, stories of the prophets and more suitable for all ages.We also give out free Islamic literature including copies of the translations of the Noble Qur’an, book on how to pray, book of Tawheed etc.
